Chalk highlights

This hairstyle is a one I found on cutegirlshairstyles.  I have always wanted to have colored hair when I found it, I wanted to do it so I did!  It really works.  Go to AC Moore, you can get it there for about 5 dollars.  Do not get oil pastels, they stain the hair unlike regular pastels.  Get a bowl of water and there you go.
